I went in today with a phone reservation I made directly from the Northampton Enterprise website 40 mins prior to arriving and they ensured they had my vehicle ready and many I could choose from. When I arrived they had no reservation, no account in my name and no available vehicles.The ladies were really nice and doing a good job keeping all their frustrated customers calm at 5:30 pm who also made reservations and their cars were not thoroughly checked or available.
