I will chose Northampton Enterprise again for the following reasons: Ease of navigating the Enterprise® website. Ease of making a reservation. The service representative was friendly, engaging, offered the available cars and various service options with a clear understanding of my vehicle and scheduling needs which made extending the rental a seamless process. The provided courtesy shuttle service was an additional bonus. What I thought would be an unpleasant ordeal was actually just the opposite.
So I arrived today to rent a car, a necessity for my work week, and they simply said "sorry yeah we have your reservation but there's no cars on the lot. Sorry." And I literally just had to walk away. That's it. Less than a minute in the lobby. Flat on my ass because it was 5:30 pm and no other rental places were open. He said "we tried to reach out" and I had no missed calls and the latest email id received from them was confirming my reservation. An unreal lack of regard. Really crazy actually.
