A HEART-RENDING EXPERIENCE. 1. Hire honest staff. 2. Thoroughly check returned cars from customers. 3. Be honest with customers about any prior damage on the car. 4. Wash cars clean so that any damage is visible to customers. 5. It is important to hire honest and trustworthy employees to run your business to avoid any negative consequences. My experience with Enterprise was terrible, but I hope that God will deal with those involved. My insurance covered any issues that your staff alleged were on the car.
