This place is understaffed. We arrived half an hour later than our scheduled pickup time, but it took about half an hour more to get the car on the road, between 10mins waiting at the desk (it was unstaffed when we arrived), waiting at the desk after someone came to the desk and checked us in, waiting beside our car because there was apparently only one single person who was working with customers to get them their cars (for some reason, the person who arrived at the desk could not do that, even though it was clearly okay fo... read more
