It took 2 1/2 hours to get the car. The next day the rear passenger tire went out, No spare in the car. The guy told me the tire was my problem. Then later he charged me to clean the car before I even returned the car. Feel like I've been ripped off...
My family has had the pleasure of dealing with this car rental service several times in the last year. The staff has always been VERY helpful and pleasant (even while dealing with less than polite customers). I appreciate their helpfulness!
