Needed a vehicle last minute - booked online and had excellent service from beginning to end ... someone was at my hotel within 10 minutes to pick me up and take me to the location - my compact jeep was waiting on me and friendly faces welcoming. I was out the door and on my way in less than 20 minutes & they had four others there at the same time renting as well ... would definately use this location again if in the area!

Ok, too be fair, it was the DFW Airport office I rented from. The sorry Jeep Patriot (I had reserved a Chrysler 200) was underpowered and all power ports were dead. Two huge disappointments that caused me wasted time (returning vehicle for another) not to mention frustration. (No compensation was offered). To top it all off, the cost of renting for 5 days was very steep. My advice, save money and shop elsewhere. Jim

My experience with the Oak Lawn Enterprise location was amazing. I was able to book a vehicle of interest online with a weekend promo code. Although this location was small, I was able to receive my selected category in a timely manner. In addition, the staff took the initiative to ensure the vehicle was clean prior to my use. After returning the vehicle, I was able to be transported to my vehicle at another location. I would like to thank Mgr. Michael and the staff for their dedication to servicing my rental needs.
