My latest rental was probably the best experience I've had in a while. Fresh off of the scam that is ZipCar, I just wanted a decent rate with customer service that I can SEE. La-La is incredible. She gave me the complete rundown of everything, and put my mind at ease. Returning the car was just as smooth. Everyone at this location is such a pleasure to talk to. Treat them with respect.
Very convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Car i rented was in excellent condition. Quick pick up and return. No hassle.
The morning after I rented the car, I discovered it had a flat tire. I returned to the rental location, where I was assisted by Dillon, the manager. Since I was on a tight schedule, he immediately swapped the vehicle for another one. Although the replacement was a downgrade, he adjusted the price accordingly. Later, I realized I had left some personal items in the back seat of the original car.
