I've rented from this agency once before with no issues, but felt compelled to leave a review after my last experience. Our United Airlines flight was delayed for several hours due to software issues, so we missed our connecting flight and arrived in Grand Junction over 3 hours later than our car reservation. Cars aren’t ready because they oversell reservations. We had to wait around for ours despite our reservation being for a few hours earlier than we arrived. The lady at the counter tried to do be accommodating but none of the other vehicles she was willing to give us met our needs. This is not what we needed after a long day of travel.
We booked a car rental to make it quickly to a family funeral. We had to book a one-way flight to get to Grand Junction quickly, and we made the reservation with Enterprise after the initial flight was booked. No one at Enterprise mentioned that they had CRAZY REQUIREMENTS in order to rent a car. After we arrived at the counter, we were told that we could not rent a car at all because we do not have a return flight and because we did not have a credit card- just debit.
