I had always had good service from the one nearest to me but after traveling there three times I was told they only had a 15 passenger van and they didn't even offer to call another site to see if they had one. I called Rocky Mount and they not only set me up with a car but gave us a luxury upgrade. The staff was friendly and very welcoming! I will definitely use them again!
I had a good experience at this location.I always used the other location because it was close to my house in which I did get good service from there before until the staff changed and on several occasions service was poor. This location was smaller but staff was friendly and professional. I would use this location again!
