We had a mechanical problem with our car that we picked up from the airport last night. We went into this location in the morning to get a solution to our problem. The manager at this location is AMAZING. He was very busy and was efficiently working on solving about 5 peoples problems at once. I wish we got his name to give him proper acknowledgement but whoever this manager is-he made a HUGE difference in our day! He got us back on the road quickly and really saved our day. A complete failure! Made a reservation through enterprise for an eight passenger vehicle. I was dropped off to pick it up so that I could be on my way to the airport to pick up six people when I was told there was no car there for me. I showed them my confirmation number and said how can this be and all she said was I know this can be frustrating. No solution no ride home. Completely unprofessional.
