I’m genuinely baffled by this experience. I reserved a rental car for 12:00 PM on Sunday. Two days before my reservation, this Enterprise location CALLED ME to confirm my pickup. During that conversation, I confirmed that yes, I would be there at 12:00 PM. What they somehow failed to mention during this confirmation call was that 12:00 PM is also the exact time they CLOSE on Sundays. I arrived at 12:15 to a locked building. Was I 15 minutes late? Yes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . CALLED DAYS BEFORE TO VERIFY YOU CAN USE PAPER DRIVERS LICENSE FROM DMV . WAS TOLD AS LONG AS IT OS FROM DMV AND HAS THE BARCODE YOU CAN. WHEN I AREIVE DAYS LATER I WAS DENIED FROM USING.
