This location is a joke, rude staff, even more rude manager, no one picks up the phone, you make a reservation online they don’t have the car, this is a disgrace.
This Enterprise location in Mooresville is top notch with their customer service and each staff member who works here should be recognized! Friendly and extremely helpful no matter who I have had when renting a car from here!
Booked a luxury vehicle. Got to the desk and was informed i wouldnt have that, but they had options(lol) the options were trash. Not even a slight mention of rectification or apology for the staff not being compentent enough to call a customer before driving 45 minutes to have their time wasted. I rent from [ or did] all over the nation. Big disappointment and couldnt imagine treating customers with such disregard. Fire them all and send them to school!!
DO NOT go to the Enterprise on 150 in Mooresville. Travon has horrible customer service quality and should NOT be allowed to work here.
The staff, the car, the whole experience…. Top notch.
