The staff are very friendly and helpful and provide very quick service. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes at both pick up and drop off. I wanted to extend the rental for another day and it was not a problem. Prices are comparable to other rental companies in the area. I took off a star for a dirty inside windshield. I have too say, Lucinda and John from the River highway location in Mooresville NC are absolutely amazing! I have had quite the ride with State Farm insurance dragging me through the mud for 6 weeks. These 2 incredible humans calmed my soul and handled my stress for me! So kind and caring. I just wanted to say thank you John and Lucinda for all your help!
The staff is always courteous, friendly, and highly professional, and the cars are always is great shape!
