Nice cars to rent at an ok price... I had to rent a car while mine was being fixed.I rented the car they even dropped it off to my work, that was great.The customer service was great in the mean time.Well I went back to return the car and they said I had dinged one of the doors well after an intense run around someone else had said no it has been there before.So I was being accused of something I did not do and made me very angry at that!

what a disappointment I had to get a rental car when my car was in the shop getting body work done. The other car's insurance co. was covering the rental expense, so I didn't have a choice of which company, however I have used Enterprise before so I was happy with that selection. Happy until I got to the location that is... The rental car was noticeably filthy inside & out and had 50+ nicks & scratches. Looked like it has never been dusted or vacuumed. Not the best... I had to rent a car while mine was down. They customer service was so so and the deal they gave me was not that great either. I will continue to do to hertz for now on..
