Everyone was great. They were helpful in a family emergency situation. Had a car immediately; let me extend my rental simply on line and provided a lift when I returned the car.
The staff on rainbow blvd are truly professional awesome personalities.
Returned my rental here and they provided me with a shuttle to Velocity. The woman at the desk was very nice. Derrick’s a funny shuttle driver! Made my day on the way back
June 25, 2025 7:00 pm Even though I was tired and rude, the assistant manager held his composure and managed like the adult and professional that he was. He gave me a ride back to worksite and I was happy to hear some of the music that we listened to on the way to drop me off. I can’t remember his name and he even gave me a business card but I misplaced it. True professional, and it appeared the rest of the staff had their act together as well.
