I rent frequently for work travel across Texas. As with most Enterprise locations (and rental companies in general), you usually have to wait in line, it seems like there's never enough staff to get you to your car right as you walk in. I only had to wait for about 5 minutes though. I had a very pleasant experience. The only other downside to this location is that the cars are stacked in lanes (since it's housed in the bottom level of a parking deck, they have limited space) so the car at the front of the line usually seems ... read more

Want to express my gratitude to the manager at Austin's downtown Enterprise. He went above and beyond to find me the specific car I wanted for my cross country trip. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I have always rented cars from Enterprise and they have come through for me once again.

I had two negative experiences with this location. After I emailed corporate, the local GM contacted me by phone and assured me that these issues will not happen again. Although I was not satisfied with the service from the locations, it was nice that the GM reached out and worked with me to collect feedback and address the issues.

Great experience. They picked us up and only had to wait a few minutes for them to arrive at our house. We got a new car at an excellent price. People couldn't have been friendlier.
