You guys need to update your schedule here!! My husband and I made a reservation on a car, and we came to pick it up by 5 p.m and the surprise was that the office was closed already, when in this webpage says that the close is at 6:00 p.m
Hours are listed wrong. This is the only place that closes at 5pm (???) please update your hours so we don’t waste our time

Worst enterprise and customer service I ever experienced in life. It’s very sad why we are still go through racism in this generation. When walking inside the door of enterprise I got greeted by brian liotta I thought it would’ve been a smooth experience getting my vehicle with also booking a reservation before I arrived. But since we are black they denied our service getting a vehicle for any little reason.
