Had an amazing interaction with Logan and Amara. When I arrived there was not a vehicle available so they drove to another location to pick one up for me. They were very professional and helpful. Will definitely use Enterprise again.
I made a reservation for a vehicle with a 3rd row seat and during check in was told I could not take one because they needed a credit card with a chip. I explained to Logan that it was not my first time renting vehicles and my credit card has always worked fine before. He was unhelpful and uncaring. Did not bother to offer a solution.
