I've never been disappointed by Enterprise's customer service in the past, but this location in particular has been the best experience so far. Shoutout to Alex, who absolutely went above and beyond to make sure my return went smoothly and that I got to where I needed to go from there. An absolute hero!
I would kindly request that you carefully check the fuel level in the vehicle before removing it from that location.
The gentleman Jesus that helped us was amazing! He was so helpful accommodating us to a different vehicle and helping match the price I had previously! When I returned the car the lady who helped me was also super amazing I didn’t catch her name but she had French braids and was the assistant manager. We’ll see you guys again in August!
