This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a rental car company. We arrived at the Enterprise location in Rancho Bernardo to pick up a truck we had reserved for a snowboarding trip. From the moment we walked in, the woman at the counter was rude, dismissive, and visibly irritated. She immediately told us that all of her for 8am had already picked up, which set the tone before she even looked at our reservation.
