Everyone was friendly and helpful. They also gave me a ride home after I dropped off the car. I will use this location again.
I had a very pleasant experience renting a car from this Enterprise location. I want to especially give some recognition to Colin who helped me out when I checked out and returned my car. He got me in and out of there quickly. He was both easy to interact with and very professional. He didn't try to aggressively upsell me anything like I'd experience at other car rentals. Overall I would rent from this location again!
Collin, the assistant manager at Enterprise in San Diego location made renting a car easy. He is extremely responsive and personable. He was great at communicating and answered any concerns I had clearly and completely.
It's convenient to return the vehicle and the staff are friendly and responsible. I recommend here.
