Everything went so smoothly. Great experience renting a car here.
Super helpful service agents. Easy access.
They work in a dubious way. When my wife picked up the car they didn't show the car, and she didn't want to take out insurance since it was the responsibility of the insurance company that reserved the car. 5 days later my wife needed to change the car. And they doubtfully said that she had crashed the car. And they don't have any photos of the car on the day we picked it up, just as they don't want to get the cameras to prove it. I had a great experience renting at this location. Joseph was wonderful. He explained everything with great detail. He also put me at ease at every point of the process. I will come back to the Rancho Bernardo branch again.
