I'm not one to post negative reviews, but this needs to be said. Honestly I do not know how this company got a four-star review. I rented a car through my insurance company and did all the necessary steps to be picked up at the repair shop. There was nobody there to pick me up. One of the mechanics had to take me to Enterprise. When I got there I wait 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then after going through the process of making deposit for the car.
