I was at the enterprise location off of Manchaca and slaughter. Smaller location, but the staff was very friendly very informative no hassle and no Crazy long paperwork. Great job guys keep it up.

Whether it be intentional or not, racist remarks were made to my dad when he attempted to rent a car, and was ultimately refused service. When I went in (white passing) to get a car they were polite, but when i asked questions since it was my first time renting a car, they deliberately omitted information. For example when I asked if a fee would be applied each day or just overall, they said overall. Yet when I returned the car, more than one fee was for each day.
