Always the absolute best service around. They always have a great selection and the even call a few days earlier to confirm my reservation. Love this location!
I returned a car to the Shallotte location after hours. Instead of entering the correct date/time I returned the car/keys- I’m being charged for 2 days, when I had the car for 3 hours. I picked up the car in Myrtle- but no one answers there and in Shallotte, they say they can’t update the bill OR the date/time the car was returned. Even though they are the ones who enter that information. I’ve called Enterprise at least 10 times and no one has called back from Myrtle or Shallotte- it’s been over a week. Enterprise will pick you up and return you to where you were picked up. I was happy that they had Ford products so that I knew where everything was located on the vehicle. The rental car center in Shallotte NC was extremely helpful and personable. I will definitely use Enterprise in the future when I have a need for a rental car.
