Terrible service! I booked a large SUV back in March for this August trip. I have the confirmation e-mail and I checked into the website yesterday. I go there today and they don’t have my confirmation the incredibly rude manager, Justin, came out and said they tried to call me. I pulled up my call log and there were ZERO calls from enterprise, I have my confirmation with the correct number on it. He said he has no large vehicles for me and that he deleted the reservation. Smooth and quick proxess from picking up to returning. The person who managed my rental pickup and drop off was great.
The process of renting was not bad, however the first car they had me look at had a slow leak in the tire. The one I got seemed fine, but I drove through rain and soon found out that the wipers and defrost were bad. Thank God for safe travels. I think the cars need better quality checks before going out.
Don't get your car here if it's insurance related. Waited 2 weeks for a car and never got one.
They are terrible I was in a car accident, so my insurance referred me to them. They stole money out of my account up to 812$ with no explanation when insurance was paying for it and only refunded me 440$ of it their awful I’m still fighting them with my bank getting corporate involved. Bailey the manger can’t do her job or handle her employees!
