Retuned my rental 1/30/2026. Check my account and was charged 450.00. Called on 1/31/2026 to inquire about the charge. Was told the bumper was hanging off and the car was in the shop. I drove there and the car was out side. First lie. Second lie the bumper was not hanging off as said by manager. Everything was intact. Took video and pictures of car. I had to come and make another post from my other account. The email that they are leaving under the comments are not the emails to corporate or whomever is supposed to address the negative comments. I tried to send a email using what was posted under my comment and it said it was not valid. Then whe. I look at all the other negative comments it's the same email. Rented a small vehicle when I arrived was told they didnt have what even though it confirmed it. I had to put air in the right tire multiple times and whenever it rain or snowed I slid all over the place almost got into an accident twice.
