Friendly staff, they'll hook you up with a nice car. They have great weekend special rentals available off-season, meaning September till May!
Told them I needed a pickup multiple times! Did they get me a pickup? No! 0 stars! will never use enterprise in the future!
Enterprise people were amazing straight from the get-go with the first phone call to make the reservation and then when I got to the local store, the team there was super friendly and efficient and truly went above and beyond to make my experience easy and stress free. They even picked me up from where I had to drop off my car at the shop and then gave me a ride when I returned the rental. I loved the whole experience and I will be sure to go through them again!
Reserved a car, only to get there and they didn't have it. Told us to go to lincoln. What's the point in reserving a car, if you don't reserve it.
