Great service!! Friendly staff!! The dask for the car rental is in the train station. There is no need to take a shuttle ! And the lot is right outside of the station .
Renting from Enterprise at the Albany Rensselaer Amtrak station is a pleasure and shows how all car rentals should be handled in an ideal world.
I've rented from the Enterprise inside the Albany Amtrak station many times and it's always flawless.
In the past three weeks, I’ve rented from two different enterprise locations one in Greenbush, New York and one in LA California and both offices were incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help me if I needed to change my trip in anyway. My last rental in LA was at least 5 miles away from the train station, but I took an Uber just so I could use enterprise.they are worth it. Both cars were wonderful. Very clean.
