No car for the reservation. Told me to call someone else. I had hope when I called another location and they guaranteed me they would have a car at another location (which is what it is) and follow up. None of that happened and not even sure I got a “sorry.” Rough one for Enterprise.
Have a rental car due to an accident. I was offered extra insurance for $11.99 a day so i signed up for it. Come to find out 7 weeks later when they call me to renew it is $11.99 a week, and i have to go in to cancel the contract (understandable), but i have to take off of work to do it.
