Convenient location inside Albany train station. Easy pick up and drop off. They upgraded us to an SUV at no additional charge!
Honestly, this Enterprise treated me right. My train was scheduled to arrive just before 1pm on a Saturday. Enterprise (I don't know if it was corporate or the local office) and checked when my train was arriving. The location was scheduled to close at 1pm that Saturday - a little inconvenient if my train was delayed. However, the staffer stuck around until after our train arrived (just _after_ 1 pm) and got us set up with our car. Avoid the crew out of Albany-Rensselaer Amtrak station. Do they operate there anymore? Forget it. A lot full of cars and they decided for me that a mini van was my only choice. Lots of inappropriate questions about “where are you going?” Etc. AVOID! Too bad about reducing my carbon footprint and using Amtrak. They are the reason I lease my car now. UPDATE 9/25: Verified Total Jerks, tried to strand me at the counter.
