Allison and Thomas were amazing and made sure my experience so much better as customer service truly means something to them. I will only use Enterprise and highly recommend you use the one in Chardon as the staff is amazing and professional. A++
I’ll never do business here again. They completely wasted my entire day “trying to find a truck” after they said they would be able to accommodate renting a truck. Brett at the store could care less to even help you out. Why offer a truck on the website and allow a checkout if you can’t even hold up your end. Purely unprofessional. Why would I try to contact you and waste more of my time? You clearly can’t upload deals you make. You had my information you could have contacted me.
