Even though a serious hail storm the day before caused a heavy need for cars, I got a vehicle that met my needs and both pick up and turn in was quick and easy.
I wanted to shout out dominic! He made the return experience incredibly smooth and fast. He was very personable, and while I waited for a ride he chatted with me. I have had some not so great experiences at the mentor location.
They decided to cancel my rental 3 minutes before pick up due to not having any rentals available. I even called the day prior adjusting my time for my rental, confirming things were all set. No notice and very inconvenient. Will not be using Enterprise again.
Everything was excellent, especially Ron at the counter was amazing.
2nd time renting here. First time I rented a luxury sedan for a week (last summer) that was, IMHO, a "rent-a-wreck". Vehicle was well worn with high mileage for the rate. It was delivered with filthy wheels and tires, something unbecoming a luxury vehicle. Fool me once, shame on you. This week, rented a Standard SUV that wasn't prepped again...this time covered in salt, snow and ice and sitting in about 6" of snow in the lot with 1/2 tank of gas.
