We had a rough experience. Everyone was nice. But a little more on the communication would have gone a long way. Our reservation to pickup our rental was at 3:30. We show up a little bit before. They tell us our vehicle is getting the oil changed. Why would you have it getting the oil changed knowing it was getting picked up at that time? He said we have someone bringing it back now. Completely disappointed in Enterprise generally. Have spent ten of thousands of dollars with them over the last 4-5 years or so. Rented with them back in late October/early November. The lady who helped me was actually quite nice and got me a car even though they were likely overbooked. Unfortunately, I would have rather not gotten a car as the Wagoneer I was given not only was under at least one recall, it had issues almost immediately. Maybe it's the weekend crew, or maybe it's the branch and management. No call 24 hours prior to the reservation but proceeded to call me 30 minutes before my reservation to confirm that I needed a vehicle. Then I come in on time just for their representative to tell me it will take 30 minutes for my rental to come from another branch. You could've told me that when you called me 30 minutes before my reservation. Or maybe you could've thought ahead of time seeing that this branch opens at 0730.
