If I could give a zero I would. Everyone’s time should be respected. Had an appt @730am for pickup with 4 calls the week prior confirming said pickup date/time. Calling location many times to see the status of pickup with no rep picking up! Currently still waiting at pickup site well past 45 min.
Great and fast service. No wait on my car. Reservation made by my company and it took less than 10 minutes to sign out thr car and leave. Completely Satisfied customer!! I hope this branch has at least a 90 ESQI!!!
Had a great experience here! I rented a car for a week and they gave me a clean 2025 vehicle (felt like the car just came from the dealership!). The customer service was excellent and renting from this location everything was straightforward. Also the price was unbeatable in comparison to other rental places
This is the second enterprise out of many I won’t use again. Neither was clean. Seems they clean based of personal preferences. This one smelled weird, had white stain on passenger side floor.The seat was all the way forward and folded forward as if trying to hide it. Also a cobweb was inside and windows had a film on it. I picked the car up, returned the same day, which was a Friday, it’s Sunday night. and have not received my deposit. I always received my deposit before I left the premises at all other Enterprises.
