Had a great experience here! I rented a car for a week and they gave me a clean 2025 vehicle (felt like the car just came from the dealership!). The customer service was excellent and renting from this location everything was straightforward. Also the price was unbeatable in comparison to other rental places
This is the second enterprise out of many I won’t use again. Neither was clean. Seems they clean based of personal preferences. This one smelled weird, had white stain on passenger side floor.The seat was all the way forward and folded forward as if trying to hide it. Also a cobweb was inside and windows had a film on it. I picked the car up, returned the same day, which was a Friday, it’s Sunday night. and have not received my deposit. I always received my deposit before I left the premises at all other Enterprises.
Did they get me in a car? Yes so I guess you get a star or two for that. But after that not good. I needed a truck due to my truck being in an accident. The other insurance, who was paying, recco'd Enterprise. I called one week in advance of my truck going into shop and said I must have a truck and that I needed pickup at repair shop address at 9am on a particular day. They harassed me to turn the car in so many times by a 3rd party, it was ridiculous. The local place was very customer service oriented.
