The guys really took care of me renting the vehicle. Ryan Schoenbachler, the assistant manager and manager, I can't think of his name right now, the driver that was filling in at the Covington branch. They all were so kind and professional. I can't say enough good things about um. The person that was going to take me back home, his car broke down and the guys were on. They brought me back home without hesitation. A 10/10 in my opinion. I will continue to use Enterprise. Already have a reservation set up for May. Just awesome... read more
Easy reservation on line, easy check in and out. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I will use their rental service again.
Enterprise has an excellent team - especially at the Covington, KY office. They keep their vehicles clean and well-maintained. You can’t go wrong with Enterprise.
