If I could give a zero star review I would. We booked a reservation like 2 weeks in advance and we thought we were good but no the DAY of the rental pickup they call us at 4:00pm saying oh sorry we dont have the car you want. Do you want a smaller car. No! I want the car we reserved. I just hate that they waited all day to call us and inform us. At least give the decency to call early to inform us its not that hard. Don't go here.
We reserved 2 weeks ago and last minute today they said "we don't have the car anymore" and I'm supposed to leave out of state today
Be cautious! This place will charge you for unnecessary services and fail to communicate effectively. Your car insurance covers collision damage, but they’ll try to make you pay for additional protection without considering that. They’ll also leave their toll device on your vehicle without informing you that you can use your own to avoid paying double the price of a regular toll. The front desk staff is rude and unresponsive. They never answer the phone and even talk back to you when you’re trying to resolve an issue.
Fantastic service from wonderful staff located at this particular location. I will definitely be renting my cars from here going forward. I had such a horrible experience from the one in Bastrop that I had vowed never to rent another car from Enterprise again, and I had kept that promise. I'm glad that I chose to give this location a try, as they have changed my mind, at least at this location, with this current staff.
