Ely was the BEST. Running around ensuring customers didn’t wait. Running down a vehicle that was leaving who forgot their belongings. I had to walk back to my place and it was raining and she even offered to call me an uber. A++ customer service. Promote to CEO of Enterprise immediately. Managed 5+ things at once
If I could give a zero star review I would. We booked a reservation like 2 weeks in advance and we thought we were good but no the DAY of the rental pickup they call us at 4:00pm saying oh sorry we dont have the car you want. Do you want a smaller car. No! I want the car we reserved. I just hate that they waited all day to call us and inform us. At least give the decency to call early to inform us its not that hard. Don't go here.
We reserved 2 weeks ago and last minute today they said "we don't have the car anymore" and I'm supposed to leave out of state today
