Worst experience I ever had with enterprise!!! First that gave me a car that was loud, shaking while I drove it felt like I was going to break down. Went to trade it in and they sent me 2 hours out of my way in Fort Dodge Iowa. When I returned the car they told me there was a crack in the front bumper which I was told by fort dodge it was marked in their end obviously it wasn’t. And now they are trying to go after me for the cracked bumper! Never again! Everyone I have spoken to has been very rude!
The folks at the counter are always super helpful and make things easy to understand. They make great conversation too. Special thanks to Tia and Austin!!
