I really appreciated the excellent customer service during my recent visit. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and very professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to see a team that truly values their customers and goes above and beyond to provide a positive experience. I left feeling confident and well taken care of, and I will definitely be returning in the future

We booked a pick up truck. When we came, must waited for them to wash outside the car bc they didnt. But when we received, inside the care super dirty with layer of dust on the dashboard, and on the seats, handle….we must cleaned by ourselve
I would not recommend this Enterprise to anyone ever. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I have never been treated so poorly by any business ever. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have rented from this location maybe 75 times, but have never experienced such rude behavior as in the last couple of months. Totally unprofessional, rude behavior seems acceptable at this branch.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I rented a 12 passenger van months in advance. I get a call *the day before*, saying all their big vans are unavailable due to a Ford recall. I told them they had a Mercedes Sprinter on their lot, I saw it that day. Oh yeah, but 95% are Ford, blah blah blah. They say they can give me two vehicles for the same price, same total seats.
