I recently rented a car from Enterprise while my car was being repaired. The staff were efficient and friendly and had me on my way in a rental right away! The young man, Ricky who picked me up at the car repair and transported me to the Enterprise office was personable, responsible and kind! It was a great experience all in all.
Be very careful with this place or just simple stay away. The negative reviews are true. They called and canceled my reservation the day of because they ran out of 7 passenger SUV’s. How can something like this even happen. Sounds like no reservation is guaranteed here which is completely unprofessional in today’s world. They offered me a Rav 4 and told me to try another rental car place which is also mind blowing. I inquired about my future reservation and he was so cheerful & helpful from the moment he answered my call to the end. This location is the best to rent from. They are kind, hear you out and fully help you. Compared to the Thousand Oaks location, this one has top tier customer service. Specifically Demetri was super helpful. Please use this location rather than others and ask for Demetri!
