Worst place very bad customer service I rented my car September 25, 2026 return car September 29, 2026 they give me car with almost empty tank. They told me to bring the car same fuel. I brought the car with a half tank they don’t give me my deposit back and then after two weeks I noticed they charge me $80 in my account. I called them. I spoke with the workers three hours in the wait finally the answer they told me we have accident that’s why we charge you. I’m sorry we give you your money back in a week. dropped my husband off at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Saturday morning to pick up a van. He was driving it back to Las Vegas, which worked out perfectly because he was also taking a few bulky items back with him. We were already running late, and that part was on us. However, when I opened the back doors of the van, I was absolutely shocked by its condition. The van had clearly not been cleaned. After a miserable experience with Hertz, this Enterprise was a relief. This location had friendly staff who were thorough with the vehicle inspection, even checking the tire treads before giving us the vehicle. Called a few days after we returned to confirm everything went well. Would recommend.

This was my first time renting from this location. My vehicle was great, my issue was my credit card was charged multiple times. Not on purpose but it happened. I will say Enterprise handled my complaint in a timely manner. Problem solved👌
