I had the most amazing experience with this group of people. They were kind and accommodating. I rented a vehicle for 2 days and needed to extend the rental for 3 more days and they were very quick to extend me with no additional payment. I highly recommend.
This is now the second time I have pulled into Enterprise rental in Hagerstown at the time of my reservation which was booked a month in advance for a business trip just to be told they have no vehicles and I have to wait 2 hours. To no fault of the staff, the cars always smell like cigarettes and have not dings, but very large dents, or the entire fender missing! If this is your only option, I can only recommend walking. I really wish there was a National Rental local.
