Quick friendly service. The manager was super helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend.
I just relocated to Hagerstown MD and rented a car each time from this Dual Highway location, twice in the 6 weeks that I am here. The experiences were less than underwhelming, with brake issues at the start of the 1st rental and a VERY smoked up, smelly car for the 2nd. The Enterprise rental agency in Manassas VA where I was visiting with family for a week during the brake issue was great with dealing with the 1st car brake issues. This Enterprise has everything so screwed up they have my reservation so screwed up they picked me up took me to the Enterprise and trying to charge me three different prices and I don't have a vehicle ready for my reservation these people are just out to rip people off
Enterprise accommodated me with no problem when I called back to extend my days needed for my rental. I picked up a clean car at my designated time with no problem.
The customer service was horrible rented a car 4days later they kept callingto.bring car back it was in need of oil.change 3 different people called and no communication with each other I was renting it under my ins claim and was to take 16 days for my car and got bugged constantly by people there until.i.broight the first car bac.and than had to put in a second car. The cars were nice but customer service had alot to be desired
