Todays visit was not the best no phone call to tell me my reservation was not available and u go in and they wanna upsell me to a vehicle at 160 a day vs accommodating me and giving that vehicle to me until 1 came in filed complaint with regional manager and corporate is next todays agent could hav3 cared less about me the client
