Do yourself a favor and go to the enterprise on Railway Lane if you can, if you can’t… choose somewhere else. This location is awful. Tried calling to get some info about my car, representative put me on hold. The hold was over 15 mins at that point. Called using a different phone and they hung up! Called Railway Lane to get everything straightened out and it took that rep less time to help me than the hold I was on. Their customer service is awful, and not knowing/being able to get info made the entire situation more stress... read more

Had a rental for 10 months everyone was so helpful to me I would recommend them to anyone of my friends and family if I ever need another car I will be sure to go back there
