I made my reservation 4 days in advance. I had to call to get directions because the directions on Google maps is wrong. Once I arrived, even though I was a few minutes late, the car wasn't ready. I waited an HOUR AND A HALF for my 2105 Chevy Cruze. They had to wash it, clean it, take it to get an oil change. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE PRIOR TO PICKUP! I think they went to lunch in the car. Made a reservation to pick a car up friday at 5:30 got there the guy gave us a red dodge suv he said the onlything we needed was a bill so he told us to run home and get one so we did and came right back and the store was closed .there was a lady still in the store who was in the store when we left she pulled the blind back and said we close i replied he sent us to get a bill she said come back tomar.i reserve my car cause i was leaving that night i lost my money on my rooms cause i had no car .My thing is were was customer ... read more

Great Service!! The car was ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful. The car was clean. I have rented from Enterprise before at a different location and the service was less than impressive. This rental experience was great!
