Sales rep was very kind and helpful, even though he was inundated with customers when we rented our car.
Two lovely gentlemen were there this morning when I dropped my rental off. My car was supposed to be returned in Va but circumstances happened and I needed to return it when I got home. The guys were great. It was a super easy return and they were both kind and hospitable. I highly recommend them!
Booked a car 2 weeks in advance to drive home, got approved and everything. The day to pick up the car we got there 20 minutes early and parked in there parking lot. They called and canceled the car reservation stating that ALL their cars were on recall, and they could not lend us anything. They left us stranded in their parking lot with no help. Were it was last moment no other place had any rentals. I will NEVER rent from them again.
Good cars they got here... But they need to be more efficient. And also make bathroom for clients
