Do NOT Rent from Enterprise – Scam Insurance Charges & Predatory Upselling I’m incredibly disappointed and angry with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for scamming me into paying for completely unnecessary insurance coverage. I was already fully covered by my personal auto insurance through GEICO, which I made clear at the time of rental. Harrison was extremely helpful when I came in for a bumper repair at Caliber. He got me set up with a nice rental car right away, walked me clearly through the car's existing scratches and through what my choices were around insurance during my rental period, and went above and beyond in making my experience as easy as possible.
