The young man that I had to work with was a pleasure, he was very polite and respectful. I have rented a car from this branch a few different times over the last few years. I've always been assigned a Toyota Corolla, this time I was assigned a Nissan. The Toyota Corolla was much more comfortable for me to sit in and get out of then the Nissan was. Other than that the Nissan was a good car.
Terrible customer service. Lady at the location was not helpful at all. Needs some additional training.
All the employees were very professional and courteous.
