Customer service is GREAT. Place is clean, parking lot is clean. will for sure rent a vehicle here again.
Great employees! Car ran great and good on gas as I requested. It came with no windshield washer fluid, at all. I topped it up with my own. It wouldn't have been a problem, but all the windows needed cleaning. Also, there was tree debris on the hood and the entire car could've used a wash. Good price for my 9 day rental. And again the staff was great, they just need more staff I suppose.

Staff at the Alameda center were wonderful. They were patient with me and helped me use my GEICO app to set up my rental. Their partnership with my autobody makes it easy to get my rental with adding to an already stressful situation.
I had stopped using Enterprise for a while cause their prices were not competitive. Well, turns out, you pay for what you get. Bad cars & experiences at other companies. I decided to give Enterprise a try again and never had been to this location. I gotta say, the car was great, but more-so, customer service top notch!!! All the guys so nice and accommodating.
