I had to rent a car after someone rear ended me and their insurance company made me rent through Enterprise. I was going to need the car for a couple of weeks and initially got a nice, clean vehicle but in a couple of days the service soon light came on so I called and spoke to the manager, Justin, who told me I needed to bring it back and that he would have another car ready to swap out. Leaving a review because Enterprise emailed me asking to... My vehicle was not ready until over an hour after the time of reservation. I even stopped in a few days before to confirm that everything would be good to go. The vehicle wasn't full of gas at pickup and I was told that I could either pay $4.80 a gallon or try to guesstimate filling up the car myself. I rented car here twice both times got good deal . People are nice and polite they take care of customers professionally.
