Leaving a review because Enterprise emailed me asking to... My vehicle was not ready until over an hour after the time of reservation. I even stopped in a few days before to confirm that everything would be good to go. The vehicle wasn't full of gas at pickup and I was told that I could either pay $4.80 a gallon or try tp guesstimate filling up the car myself. When they emailed me the rental agreement I was charged over $40 off the bat for fuel.
Always the best help and on little notice. I will be returning to the Enterprise on Blanding in Alameda, CA if I ever need another rental.
