Excellent vehicle for our family of 3 adults and 3 children. Everyone very comfortable. Drove nicely and plenty of room for luggage etc
Enterprise at the Tyler airport in Texas is a great location and you’re more than likely to have a vehicle waiting when you show up. The Athens, Tx Enterprise location is a hit or miss. They confirmed a reservation for a vehicle they didn’t have. When I got there I was told they had 20 reservations and only 2 cars being returned. Enterprise really puts their employees in a bad situation by confirming reservations they have no cars for. The lady at the Tyler, the pond airport was very rude and they gave us a dirty vehicle.
