I really appreciate the outstanding service and follow-up I received from Enterprise. While I was out of town, I had an issue with air leaking from a tire. The branch manager at the location where I got the rental from took excellent care of me—addressing the problem quickly, making sure I felt taken care of, and ensuring there were no further issues. Their professionalism and genuine concern made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m very grateful for the support. Thank you for going above and beyond!

The male manager needs an attitude adjustment. However, I enjoyed driving the brand new Hyundai Venue with only 1500 miles. I drove 1150 miles so i enjoyed the new car smell. I was stranded at the airport and the guy made ZERO effort to help me obtain a ride. Courtesy should not be a luxury.
