I rent vehicles routinely for business, this is the slowest Enterprise branch I have experienced yet. 45 minutes to get a car - with a reservation.
Fantastic customer service by Yousef. They had me in a vehicle and on the road in 15 minutes. Highly recommend
I have been a loyal enterprise customer for quite a while, I use them for business weekly and recently before my contract was up the woman Kearstyn at the southgate location was very unprofessional and forced me to turn in my Keyes not allowing to grab all of my belongings out of the vehicle she rushed me and my 15 bullet magazine full of ammo along with my weapons holster is in the truck. This woman was so rude and cruel she called the police on me ( which I waited there the entire time) and they never came. She also kept 2... read more
