I have been a loyal enterprise customer for quite a while, I use them for business weekly and recently before my contract was up the woman Kearstyn at the southgate location was very unprofessional and forced me to turn in my Keyes not allowing to grab all of my belongings out of the vehicle she rushed me and my 15 bullet magazine full of ammo along with my weapons holster is in the truck. They kept the rental process uncomplicated and my requested vehicle type was clean/ready upon my appointment arrival.
