I received excellent customer service from the moment I was picked up from my home transported to enterprise, to the selection of the vehicle, to finalization of the transaction. Everyone was professional, and had smiles on their faces. It was a very pleasant experience.
Hayden, the store manager, was absolutely wonderful. The process was easy and didn't take long. Everything was explained fully. I would highly recommend. I know their rates are a few dollars more per day than other local rentals, and I would gladly pay this for the customer service I received. I will not be renting elsewhere as long as this team continues to operate in the same way. Can't say enough positive things about my rental experience here!!!
Enterprise is my ‘go to’ for car rentals. Staff is always knowledgeable, efficient & friendly. They always have a clean, well-maintained car available. I chose lemon-lime Kona just for the fun of it! The location is convenient and the price reasonable. Enterprise is tops!!
