Good service just make sure you have a credit card in your name. Using a credit cards for the rental requires a $200 deposit. Using a debit card requires a $500 deposit
Quick, efficient pick up and drop off service. Wonderful staff. Nice car.
The employees deserve 5 stars, and the cars are very nice, but corporate or the regional office or whoever is in charge really needs to staff this location better. I've had some car issues and have been here 5-6 times in the past month between pick-ups and drop-offs, and I think maybe one of those times it wasn't slammed with people. I was ignored more than once. When I picked up my rental vehicle I stated that I would be paying out of pocket until my insurance took over. I said I could not exceed $40 a day with tax included. The employee repeated back to me that my rental would not exceed $40 a day with tax included. Even when I switched out the vehicle for another I confirmed I could not exceed $40 a day in total.
