Even though I set the wrong flday for the rental they were very capable of getting me into a vehicle for the day. Easy to work with. Great customer service. Would use them again if needed

I have been going to enterprise for years on vacation. It is the only rental car company I have ever used. The one in Olympia is horrible. I was in a car accident and my car was totaled out. Insurance covered the rental. The person who took down my registration told me to pick up at 7:30 when they opened the next morning.. by the time I got there they put down the wrong day.
