Being my first experience with renting a vehicle from enterprise I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and the communication was very good. I would definitely rent from them again.

Great customer service super helpful I can’t remember the guy that helped us but we rented two different cars had some insurance issues on our end he was super nice helpful was able to trade in the other one for something more affordable for our family super fast and easy. Would recommend to anyone in need of a rental! I think his name was Matt but I’m not sure. :)
This will now be my go-to location for all future rentals (even though there's a location much closer to me). Location 2400 Carriage Loop SW, Olympia, WA 98502 keeps a clean lot, clean rentals, great selection, well kept building, good lighting for after hours drop off where I feel safe. The staff were kind, energetic, and prompt to answer all my questions with confidence. Well done.
