The staff at this Enterprise location were very friendly, and the vehicle I received was clean and in excellent condition. However, I’m giving a low rating due to a frustrating billing issue. At the time of pickup, I was assured that aside from a $50 deposit, there would be no additional charges upon return. I was told the final cost would be $0 once the vehicle was returned.
