Very friendly staff from start to finsh. Easy process to get my rental. UPDATE After months now I will gladly give this company another review. You will no longer have my business and I give you a one star review. The lies you are accusing me of is unnecessary. Congratulations you won but you lost a customer for life and I gladly spread that information around as well.

Staff is fine. However vehicle I just picked up has foul smell/ cigarette odor. Unfortunately no staff around to correct it as I picked it up Friday late. No answer today and closed tomorrow so kinda stuck with it now.

Very easy to schedule my rental online. This office location is very close to where I live and offers pick-up and drop-off service making it convenient to get there and back. Everyone at this location was very welcoming, friendly, and showed they truly cared about my experience.

Extremely respectful and understanding staff. Everyone is extremely helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Extremely easy drop off and received my deposit almost instantly after returning my rental. Worked well with me in finding me a rental that works for me specifically. Amazing service and great car!
