Have tried to call each location in our area for a pickup for an insurance based reservation and after waiting more than 10min on automated hold for each I give up. Good luck to anyone trying to reach a person at any location in Bethesda, Rockville, Wheaton. Update: upon driving to two of the locations, each staff member said it’s just me working here and we don’t have any cars available. Even though a reservation was made.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. I arrived seeking a simple extension on a rental vehicle I already had. A female employee initially began assisting me, but a manager(William/Will) abruptly redirected her elsewhere and took over my transaction. Hello, good afternoon. I hope you are doing well. I would like to respectfully express my disappointment regarding the customer service experience I had today, May 23, 2026. I contacted customer support with what I believed was a simple question and was placed on hold for approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes without receiving proper assistance in a timely manner.
