I have a stellar experience with Enterprise especially at this location (Southlawn, Rockville). I had a car accident recently. They are very professional, caring and explained the policy well. I've never felt rush. Car is clean and with just a few miles too. I returned the car with no hassle. I rarely post. I gladly share my comments as the staff here deserve a 5 star or more and customer service is outstanding.
Great experience with Enterprise - they made the process super easy and brought the vehicle to me while my car was getting repairs done at International Collision Center. Definitely recommend if you are in need of a rental vehicle!
