I had to rent from Enterprise as a results of my car being in the shop for body damage. On the day I delivered my vehicle, Enterprise was there with my loaner. The people I dealt with were very professional and I even received a couple of phone calls in the next two weeks to see how things were going. I have rented from Enterprise in the past and have had nothing but good experiences. Keep doing what you’re doing, and I will keep coming back.
Great customer service got my car repaired at walts and the car rental guys were right their went over everything and got us back on the road
Horrible
Car not ready when it was scheduled to pick up. After picking, found low tire pressure so went back. Also smoke smell. Levi at store filled air and freshener in car. Still bad smell of smoke. Driver seat not adjustable in jeep. Nearby driver on the road notified me that tail lights not working. Had very rough drive for 4 days. Levi and Josh not contactable in the store on Westport drive, Topeka, ks.
