I want to start out with saying we didn’t have authorization with our insurance. But also, all they had to do was wait for our insurance to authorize it. They told my husband he had to pay 600. We did not. We had to authorize our insurance to pay the amount. My husband was told that there is no illegal activity can be done in this vehicle. Which is weird. I was in a car accident and needed to rent a car back to KC. They were great. And even checked on me several days later.
Reserved a rental car online, this morning on the way to pick it up they called to tell me they have no cars available and wont until next week, they also don't have any available at any other local locations. Why let someone reserve a car online when they don't have any? The employee that called me was professional and polite and said to check with hertz or avis.
