I was in a car accident and needed to rent a car back to KC. They were great. And even checked on me several days later.
Reserved a rental car online, this morning on the way to pick it up they called to tell me they have no cars available and wont until next week, they also don't have any available at any other local locations. Why let someone reserve a car online when they don't have any? The employee that called me was professional and polite and said to check with hertz or avis.
Trent is fantastic. I have worked with Trent and both Westport and Topeka Blvd locations and he has been a gem every time. Knowledgeable, professional, great employee. I give him 5 stars. My review is 3 stars because lately enterprise doesn’t have any cars available. I book with corporate or on the app in advance and they call to cancel the reservation right before. That’s crappy.
5 hours from home car has problems. Not their fault. Recovering from this mishap led to 8 calls an 3 hours of runaround. You can never reach the rental location. Did once an could never get them again one office said don't have any cars can't help you. Next drove to Columbia. Mo airport. They don't take exchanges at airport where we were sent by the call center person. Called one last time went to 3rd location an finally got car exchanged. our original rental location said call back any problems. Always went to call center
