My Son had to get a rental due to the wait time from the insurance company of the person who totaled my son's car by hitting his car. The staff was kind and helpful with information for my son. It made me feel like someone was looking after his best interest. That is a good feeling as a parent in this day and age.

Having to provide a $300 deposit was not mentioned at all during the process of creating a reservation. It was not mentioned until confirming the reservation the day before. This is deceptive tactic that is only meant to secure the reservations and surprise customers at the last minute when it is too late for them to look for alternative options. I had to rent from Enterprise as a results of my car being in the shop for body damage. On the day I delivered my vehicle, Enterprise was there with my loaner. The people I dealt with were very professional and I even received a couple of phone calls in the next two weeks to see how things were going. I have rented from Enterprise in the past and have had nothing but good experiences. Keep doing what you’re doing, and I will keep coming back.
