I would recommend this Enterprise with its excellent customer service, friendly staff, and very clean facility. Cole helped us out today. We are drivers and deliver vehicles all over the USA. With that being said we have rented one way vehicles from multiple companies. Enterprise West Topeka, KS by far is the best experience that we have ever had. Big shout out and even bigger Thank you to Cole.
I want to start out with saying we didn’t have authorization with our insurance. But also, all they had to do was wait for our insurance to authorize it. They told my husband he had to pay 600. We did not. We had to authorize our insurance to pay the amount. My husband was told that there is no illegal activity can be done in this vehicle. Which is weird. I showed up during my work hours and had to tell these people that this is crazy. They told me my insurance didn’t pay for the authorization they needed. When in reality th... read more
