My car broke down in Cap May and I needed a rental. So I called Enterprise like I usually do when needing a car. We had to wait about forty five minutes which is totally understandable. The fellow who picked us up seemed nice at first. Then he went into a tirade about how Canadians are cheap and the worst people. I could not understand why he was saying such awful things. I and my girlfriend were totally shocked by his comments. I have always used your company and I may now how to reconsider using you in the future.
Great experience, I took a rental across country with no issues. The Toyota Corolla 2016 gave great mileage per gallon which saved us plenty on gas.
Fast, friendly and professional. The price in the end was the same as quoted during the reservation and during pickup . Definitely recommend them.
