Only in Jackson Hole, Wyoming do they give exceptional service! Super easy and fast!
Very unfortunate experience. Impossible to get in touch with the local office to confirm the reservation after it was made via Geico/Enterprise. Instead I was directed to 2 different call centers, both of which confirmed pickup at the airport. Arrived the following day and was told there was not a car available. Staff was unwilling to make an exception.
Please beware, these guys in the counters are worst, waited really for 45 minutes to get a proper car.
The Enterprise car rental facility at Jackson Hole, Wyoming airport is friendly, efficient, and the rental car was in very good condition. I definitely recommend them.
