Best place to rent a car from! Very hassle free experience.
Horrible and stressful way to start a vacation. Made a reservation 3 months in advance which ended up being approx 43% cheaper to rebook a reservation 1 week prior for the same vehicle. I checked in online but still had to wait in the long line at the desk. There needs to be a separate line for people who have already done the reservation + check in process online. By the time I got to the front of the line, all the vehicles were taken except for a minivan or a 1.5 ton truck.
Great experience renting a car here. The car made our trip to grand Teton and yellowstone perfect.
