I made my Reservation through Costco. I selected an Intermediate SUV (Nissan Rogue for Similar) I have rented Nissan Rogues in the past and they have been everything I expected. When I checked in in Jackson Hole, I was given a Hyundai Tucson which on the surface seems fine. However this SUV was front wheel drive instead of AWD which I would always expect for a SUV in Jackson Hole WY in the middle of winter. Enterprise always seems to be the most affordable car rental option I use through my Costco membership. My experience at the Jackson, Wyoming airport was great. They were fast and efficient to get me in and out. The car was very clean. The car return process was a piece of cake.

Liam was great and very helpful! 5 star to Liam. However the Spanish guy at the counter (CSR) who gave me the car was terrible. First gave me a lower class car which didn’t start than after being in line for 30 minutes gave another lower class car which smelled lake smoke and horse poop. He was pushing hard to up-sale me saying that he can’t give me the same class car as I have because Geico pays them only 29$/day which covers only the cost for standard vehicle.
