If you pay with debit card, you’re not prioritized just a heads up. You have to jump through loop holes and the card available on their site are held for credit card users only. I have to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to bring a car just because I’m using a debit card. Never heard of this and have rented at other Enterprise locations. It’s weird.
The Waterbury location is terrible. It is necessary for some staff members to be trained on how to effectively communicate with customers. I received two charges on my debit card, but there is no explanation as to why I was charged $490 and then $766.22. This morning, I tried talking to them; they were rude and were not able to explain anything. File a claim with my bank. I was not informed that my card would be charged an additional amount of $766.22. The payment was not authorized by me
Over the last 16 years, I’ve rented through Enterprise nearly 200 total days. Because of my experience with this branch, I will never use this company again. A went to pick up my rental on Thursday but when inspecting the truck, I noticed someone clearly smoked weed and cigarettes in it. The term the manager used was “smoked out.” Because I will be driving it with my kids, I refused it. The manager agreed with refusing it and said he would get me a vehicle the following day.
