People here do not answer the phone. Called during office hours. Waited on hold for 40 minutes. No one answered.

Customer Service is does not exist with this company. Called three times and was talked down to regarding closing out the rental agreement so that I could get a receipt. Point blank said there was nothing they would do to address the issue. You are better off renting somewhere else or using an app service.
