We will NEVER rent from Enterprise EVER again. Especially from the airport location. We spent 3 hours trying to get an issue resolved with no success. We were treated as if we don't matter. We boarded our pets and drove 2 hours to pick up the vehicle we reserved only to be told we couldn't get it without a major credit card. We only have debits. When we spoke to someone on the phone to make the reservation, we were told that a car would be available. Lo and behold, the car was not returned. So we were directed to the airport... read more
My flight was delayed. I didn't arrive to pick up my rental until 2am. I was so nervous that there wouldn't be anyone working or that a rental wouldn't be available. The gentleman at the counter was friendly, and most importantly: efficient! I was in a vehicle within 20 minutes, including waiting in line. It was so wonderful after a headache of delays and frustration at the airport.
