I have rented for three weeks a month for the last 2 years from enterprise. Today was my last time. Needed a rental becuase my truck was not fixed when I came back into dsm from work travel. Booked through the AP for $503 for a weeks rental, returned the car after 2 days was charged $327! Would do nothing but say "airport rules are different you should have gone elsewhere" I will be going away from enterprise moving forward for my 3 weeks out of the month rental, very disappointed.
Quick both with the check-in and the check out process. The car i got had a funny smell to it, but Karley(?) was very apologetic and offered to make it right. I very much appreciated her efforts. Love Enterprise.
I’m a regular customer of the Enterprise. First time rented at this location. New 2026 vehicle, clean. Had a nice ride.
I have not recieved my $200 deposit back yet because I have called all 3 credit card companies & checked the transactions. I called today for the 3rd time today on this same issue & again I was told they would call me & of course NO ONE called me like the last 2 times. When I picked the car up on February 7th in Erie,Pa they got the price of the rental down to $258.88 plus deposit but when the car was returned they charged my card $286.37.
