I see there are some negative reviews for this Enterprise location but my experience was great. Got a rental last week while my car is in the body shop. Did not wait very long to get picked up and the vehicle I got was perfect. Very clean inside and out. Jaden and Brendon were the team members who assisted me. They were great! Don't be discouraged by some of the reviews here. I'm very pleased.
Probably the worst experience I've had with enterprise out of any location. The location denied our worker from getting a truck because the name on our business credit card was different from his (Obviously). Tried to fix the situation and got transferred to 3 different people who were no help at all. Then instead of just processing a new reservation for our manager when he walked in, they said you need to go on our website and do it yourself. Better off going to a competitor and not using this location ever....
Be prepared to wait hours and have terrible customer service and communication
I recently rented a car from the Enterprise Rental car location, and the experience was excellent. The gentlemen here were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process — from picking up the rental to returning it. They even went above and beyond by offering me a ride back to the dealership where my car was being serviced. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental car!
