I can understand not having a car, some of that is beyond their control. But to NOT pick up the phone and call and let us know before driving up there is ridiculous. Then lied to my face like they did and claimed my voicemail was full which is interesting considering I dont have vm set up at all. So they just noting anything in the system to make corporate think they are actually doing their job. A company is only as honest as their employees.
Checked in with confirmation number I had for work. They had me wait over an hour to tell me the confirmation number I gave them was wrong and to go to a different location. Poorly ran, disorganized and incompetent.
Very friendly and quick service.
The team is super helpful, despite how busy they always are. It is convenient, they are very knowledgeable and I will use this location again for sure!
I rent from this location every couple weeks and always have a good experience, Sunday’s are busy since it’s the only location open but customer service is always great and any vehicle issues have been resolved quickly.
