Vivian gave terrible service. There was a change of management here and customer service sucks. I scheduled pick up and they picked me up 3 hours late. I have been using enterprise for over 4 years, but will not be using this location anymore. I was promised one rate and when I returned car they charged me a higher rate. Terrible.
