Best Enterprise experience to date! Car broke down near Tupelo and I had to get it towed to a shop near by. Then it was 20 minutes to Enterprise closing when I secured a booking and then another 10 minutes to sort some phone calls. When I got the confirmation I had ten minutes to make a 23 minute jog. I came running up to the doors at 12 minutes after closing. Luckily, Devonte was outside and took a second to hear me out and listen to my story. Great service. The manager was very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. The vehicle was ready upon arrival. Very clean. The $300 dollar security deposit was refunded immediately by Enterprise upon returning the vehicle but it does take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on my debit card statement.
