Great customer service and communications!
They had a vehicle on short notice when mine broke down, and Liam was great to work with
My car was damaged in a car wash and I needed a rental for a few days while it got repaired. The ability to pick up and drop off the rental at the body shop was really convenient! The car itself was exactly what I needed to get myself around while mine was worked on: clean, ran well, easy drive. The Enterprise manager stayed in close contact with me both before and after the rental to make sure I got everything I needed and was fully satisfied. Helpful, courteous, and able to get us the vehicle we needed in a pinch! Very grateful this branch exists and had excellent customer service and a great overall experience. I’ve not used enterprise in the past, but certainly will in the future!
I rarely do reviews but felt compelled to tell you all how wonderful this enterprise is. Amazing customer service. I had a car with them for 6 weeks and Liam and Blake were awesome. Helpful, quick communication when needed, clean reliable vehicle and just friendly. Highly recommend this enterprise.
