I am not pleased with the communication at the Los Lunas location. My car went into the shop for accident repair on 15 September 2025 and will be there for 8-10 days. That and the car rental are both on the insurance claim. I called Enterprise the same day and was told to visit today, 16 September 2025, at 1:00 PM to arrange for a rental. Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the representative I spoke with. I was told you could not rent a car with a debit card when I have done this with other enterprise location as long as you have proof you have a credit card. The woman’s attitude was not pleasant and was not happy with the service at all. I prefer my local enterprise for sure.
Great customer service
Laura and everyone here were very professional and made my experience smooth. Not sure about the other reviews, but I had a great experience. I had to rent a vechile for 3 weeks. The vechile was clean when I picked it up. Laura walked the vechile with me and took pictures of damages before I rented the vechile. I returned it and was on my way. Excellent service.
