I had to rent a car when my own broke down in October 2015. I did the rental over the phone and asked to be picked up the following morning. It is a small rental site so they don't have a lot of cars to choose from. They will pick you up BUT they won't drive you back home after the car is returned. The car was a 2015 Dodge Dart.
