Good people ....easy to work with
If "great customer service" was a person or people it would be the Spring Hill location. The entire team was kind, took COVID precautions seriously, and informative. Patrick was energetic, Kim informed me how to use my app, Justin and his team ( I can't remember all of their names-) cleaned that van so we'll. The man with the beautiful long hair gave me a clorox wipe to go for extra cleanliness and I was just blown away by the service here. Thank you all for a job well done!
I have been in a rental car at this location continuously since January 2012 and have had 16 different managers and quite a selection of trucks, I am overall convinced that this is the best place to shop and they have re opened
They did not the car. Got a mini van. Nice office. No issues with refund.
